If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

SARMI shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Replacements

All sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Preference or expectation

A replacement may be considered only if the product:

  • Arrives damaged during transit, or

  • Has a verified manufacturing defect.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery along with supporting photographs or videos. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

7. Warranty

Unless specifically mentioned on a product page, SARMI products are not covered by an extended warranty.

Normal wear and tear, improper storage, misuse, accidental damage, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, moisture, or improper handling are not considered manufacturing defects.
